Working with London and Regional Properties, in July 2016, we started a 2.5 year lease in Elizabeth House. The lease was subsequently extended by 1.5 years with us taking on 11,082 square feet in a 1960s building adjoining Waterloo Station, which was due for redevelopment. We were 100 percent occupied by the 18th of November 2016 and maintained between 95-100 percent occupancy until the building closed due to redevelopment March 2020.
Located next to Waterloo Station and opposite the London Eye, Elizabeth House was a fantastic central location that closed due to redevelopment in March 2020.
