Our Team
We are a passionate and dedicated team of professionals from both the business and property sectors. Our 20+ years of experience operating serviced offices enables us to provide the best possible solutions to both landlords and tenants. We have successfully managed and operated more than 70,000 square feet in four Central London locations, including Waterloo, London Bridge/Monument, Kings Cross, and Liverpool Street.

Tadhg Flanagan Managing Director
Tadhg has been actively involved with the management of Serviced Office businesses of all sizes since 2000. He was previously Operations Director and General Manager of a Pan-European Serviced Office business (MWB Business Exchange) with over 50 locations and T/O of £80m. He also served as MD of a London Property business (Bourne Capital), managing 150,000 SQFT of London flexible office space. Tadhg leads the business with the main emphasis on sales, client relations, and product development.
Jean Eustace Projects and Facilities Director
Jean has worked within the Serviced Office sector for more than 25 years. She covers all projects and facilities aspects here at Breezblok, including New Centre openings, contractor and supplier handling, health and safety, management of systems within the buildings, and overall project management.
Mairia Smith Finance Director
As Director of Mast Solutions, Mairia was formerly FD at Parkview Owners of Battersea Power Station development, and also at commercial property business Bourne Capital. She has provided financial management for Serviced Office businesses for the past 12 years.

Una Flanagan Sales Manager & Broker Relations
Una’s backround is in front line customer service having worked at Heathrow Airport for 10 years. Una manages all sales leads, proposals and office viewings.

Gavin has 23 years of expertise in people management within both operational and commercial environments. He is known for his record of elevating the customer experience, delivering effective performance management, promoting brand awareness and optimising revenue opportunities.

Michael has over 25 years’ experience as a hands-on Senior Business Development Manager/Director. He has exceptional credentials and success in multi-site operations, building corporate sales, generating substantial profit and saving cost.
Helen and Hannah Brady Marketing Team
Owners of Marketing Agency, The Brady Creative, Helen and Hannah have been supporting us with our marketing since November 2020. Helen’s background is Graphic Design, Illustration and Direction of Creative Services teams and Hannah comes from a Marketing Strategy and Content Creation background.
